This is a poem I wrote. When I first wrote it I thought it was corny
as hell and I hated it but I am actually starting to love it. Anyway,
here it is.
Don’t you know
About the waves
That crash inside of me?
And don’t you know
About the sparks
that only I can see?
Don’t you know
about the sun
That shines all over you?
And don’t you know
About the rain
That paints the whole sky blue?
Don’t you know
About the fire
That flares the fire hotter?
Don’t you know
About the trees
That sway with our desire?
Don’t you know
About the screams
That echo in my head?
And don’t you know
About the dreams
That all have washed up dead?
Don’t you know?
But don’t you know?
Don’t you know I love you?
